RFP - Advanced Meter Infrastructure Project

The qualified Contractor shall furnish engineering and administrative tasks necessary to complete the project. This includes environmental and utility clearances to provide final design plans, project specifications, quantity and cost estimates and all compliance efforts needed to meet State and Federal requirements.

The City is soliciting proposals for; furnishing and installation of all residential water meters and radio or cell endpoints, as well as commercial water meters (see City Meter Inventory below), installation of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system and software, development of the transfer file for billing system, data migration and verification, project management, support and training for staff, continued software support and warranty management.
