In general, the work consists of bridge replacement and relocation of water and sewer services, including demolishing and removing existing concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk and/or residential driveway, adjusting utility valve boxes to grade, installing concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway, installing rock slope protection, temporary traffic control, storm water pollution control, and other related work, as set forth on the project Plans and Specifications. This project also includes relocating sewer and water services, including trenching, shoring, installation, backfill and surface restoration.

In general the work consists of safety and operational improvements at the Well No. 1 vault. This includes replacement of the vault cover with a new traffic-rated OSHA compliant double access hatch. Replacement of the two existing sodium hypochlorite storage tanks with three new sodium hypochlorite storage tanks and the additional of a mixing tank inside the vault. Relocation of the existing chemical metering pump and power receptacle. Installation of a new forced-air ventilation system, as well as waterproofing of the interior vault.

In general, the work consists of an HVAC modernization to the existing Depot Building including but not limited to; Fan coil installation, exhaust fan installation, duct routing and hanging, refrigerant pipe routing and hanging, construction of heat pump equipment housekeeping pads, and electrical connections/system integration of mechanical equipment as set forth within the project Plans and Specifications.

In general, the Consultant shall perform landscape architectural and design services on an “on call or as needed” basis for various projects assigned by the City during the term of the agreement. The Consultant shall have demonstrated expertise and experience in the areas of parks or other municipal projects, such as neighborhood park design, landscape renovations, irrigation modifications/replacement, play equipment, court surfacing, water conservation modifications, habitat restoration, urban forestry, master planning, signage design, etc. Full scope of services is provided in Exhibit A. A sample City Professional Services Agreement is included as Exhibit B.

The City of Sonoma invites qualified Contractors to provide pricing for concrete services on an “on call or as needed” basis for various projects throughout the City. The City plans to issue up to three (3) on-call contracts to the lowest and best qualifying bidders in amounts not to exceed $75,000.00 each. The City is not obligated to ensure the full amount of this contract. The work will be on an as-needed basis as requested by City personnel to the contractors.

The City of Sonoma is requesting proposals to prepare a water rate study to update the 2018 Water Rate Study for the City of Sonoma prepared by Raftelis Financial Consultants in June 2018 (2018 Study). The 2018 Study recommended a program of increased connection fees and a series of commodity rate increases for fiscal years 2018-19 through 2022-23. The water rate and fee increase program was considered and approved by Council at a public hearing pursuant to Proposition 218 on August 20, 2018. Ther new water rate and fee increase program took effect on Septemeber 1, 2018.

The Chase Street Bridge Replacement Project involves the replacement of a structurally deficient bridge along Chase Street. The existing bridge is a 23-foot wide, 24-foot long two-lane structure, which will be replaced by a single-span cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete slab, 53-foot wide, 30-foot long concete bridge with 12-foot high abutments. The new bridge will have a new alignment consisting of two vehicle lanes with shoulders and sidewalks on both sides of the lanes. It will also include water and sewer facility relocations in addition to road approach improvements.

In general, the work consists of street and multi-use trail (pathway) surface treatment (slurry seal) for various streets throughout the City, including surface preperation, crack seal, slurry seal, removal and replacement of pavement striping and markings, protection of existing utility structures, curb and gutter, cross gutter, traffic control, water pollution control and other related work as set forth on the project Figures, Plans and Specifications.

In general, the work consists of street and Class I pathway improvements, including installation of pre-engineered and pre-fabricated clear span steel truss pedestrian bridge, concrete bridge abutments and work at each approach to the new bridge, including new signage, striping and pavement markings, removal and replacement of existing curb and gutter, construction of new HMA pavement section, HMA overlay and grinding, concrete sidewalk, driveway and pathway, new ADA curb ramps and upgrading existing curb ramps for ADA compliance, tree removal, new street light, traffic control and other related work, as set forth on the project Plans and Specifications.
